Dansmachine4 at November Music

November Music, the Netherlands’ most relevant international festival for contemporary music, has invited Dansmachine4 for a very special presence: from 11 till 15 November the installation will be at the Stedelijk Museum ’s-Hertogenbosch SM’s, where on sunday November 15th Brandon O’Dell (Scapino Ballet Rotterdam) will perform, accompanied by the Ivar Bjørnson Trio, playing the musical score live! This will be the very first time that dance, music and video will be all performed live together.

This is not all though. On Saturday evening November 14th the Ivar Bjørnson Trio will play live at W2, bringing all five tracks Ivar Bjørnson has composed for Dansmachine4. For this occasion Ivar Bjørnson invited two guests, his Enslaved collegue Grutle Kjellson and Inge Rypdal from Emmerhoff & The Melancholy Babies.  The three of them cooperated earlier in Trinacria.

November Music made it possible to fullfill Jerome’s great wish of having the three major elements which give Dansmachine4 its unique character, performing together.
